Safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do. Every teacher must complete our verification process before teaching, which may include identity and qualification verification, enhanced DBS checks where applicable, reference checks and safeguarding compliance checks.
Lessons take place in a secure online classroom with unique lesson links and no software downloads. Lessons may be recorded for safeguarding, quality assurance and dispute resolution; recordings are stored securely, access controlled and deleted after 30 days unless needed for a safeguarding investigation or legal obligation.
We follow UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, keep clear professional boundaries, operate a zero-tolerance approach to harassment and inappropriate behaviour, and investigate every concern promptly and confidentially.
